Great place to stay

We are currently here staying through Saturday, the photos of this place linked to my app do not do this place any justice they must have been taken about 20 years ago, all of the landscape has matured around the entire park there are large trees at each spot we were lucky enough to end up in space 11 corner spot that had grass and a fire pit, showers are clean staff is hard working and friendly. I'd stay here again and again.

Aside from being a little pricey, this park is perfect.
Staff is great. Clean throughout with nice pool, spa and amenities. Very close to Zion NP and close to Hurricane and St George for shopping and dining.

Great park with a great staff

We spent a week here with a group of friends as a base camp for site seeing. The park is well maintained and cared for (you may not like all the rules). The staff went above and beyond to help us with our group social event and provided a beautiful setting. I would highly recommend this park to anyone.

Great park but limited toilet and shower facilities.

This is without a doubt one of the nicest facilities I've been too. Unfortunately they only have half a dozen shower toilet facilities. This normally would not be a problem, however, there were at least 6 to 8 people waiting to use the toilet/showers both in the evening and in the morning hours. We had to wait until after 9 o'clock in the morning to take a shower and use the toilet. The only toilet available that wasn't in a shower was in the office and the office doesn't open until after 8 o'clock in the morning. If you have your own facilities in a larger RV this should not be a problem. We were traveling in a small truck camper and don't like to use our wet bath because of the small size. For this reason alone I would not stop at this park again. It is far too pricey not to have shower facilities readily available.

We stayed at this park for four days this summer. We were on a four month trip and decided this was the best place we stayed the entire trip. Great staff and wonderful facilities. Fist class all the way.

Would give this park a 50 star except for one thing. The guy who runs the little window for ice cream and dinners, treats his customers very poorly. He has no personality at all and very little class. I won't get into specifics, but stay away from the ice cream and dinners. All the other park employees were outstanding, thank God Ron was around when I went in to complain or there would have been a real problem. Will not be back, too bad because it was one of the best parks we have been in!

This was by far one of the best places we have never stayed. Each spot has a cement pad for the RV and the tow car. The rest of the space has cement decorative gravel and a large grass area. If you request a place without trees for your satellite, be sure and let them know if it is in the middle or at the back of your RV. We had to move to a second spot the next day. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub. The entire place has asphalt roads. As soon as a camper leaves, they are there to sweep, rake rocks and make sure the spot is clean for the next person. This is a wonderful facility.

Without a doubt this is the nicest "resort" that I have ever stayed in. The camp workers clean out the fire pits when a camper leaves. They even sweep the pad and spread the pea gravel at every site. The staff is great and there are many amenities. A little pricey but well worth the experience.

A little bit more than I wanted to pay but it seems that all of the really nice parks in this area offering all of these aminities are high, and this is one of the best. Friendly staff, very informative and helpful, very clean facilities. Enjoyed some of the evening activities offered especially the candy bar bingo!! Sites were easily accessible even for my 40 ft motorhome. Did not even notice any road noise, very quiet and peaceful! Would definitely stay there again.

First of all, Thank you to the great staff for recommending the perfect boondocking spot on earth when we arrived a day early and the park was full. The following couple nights were so fun at the the park! Met great people at the wine social and had fun at the swimming pool. When we wanted to stay an extra night they saved us a spot when a customer canceled. The store is great and the whole facilty is very cozy! Will be back

I'm new to RV parks, but this place made me a believer! I thought the term "resort" would be a stretch, but not so! The place is gorgeous and has an upscale feel, from the large and well-stocked shop, to the nice common sitting areas, beautiful pool and hot tub, and free coffee in the mornings. Sites are a little close together, but ours (a back-in site) had a large grassy area behind it and shade, with the most well maintained grass! Our site was also alongside the highway. There's a fence to block the view but I could hear the cars passing all night. Even that didn't bother me because of all the other perks!
There are nightly activities (we were there on free chocolate ice cream day) and they have a neat gem-panning station (you pay $5 for a bag of sand to rinse in the gen-panning troughs). There's a playground where all the kids hang out, and Most sites have their own fire pits, we enjoyed using ours both nights.
My only complaints: wifi was spotty, and not enough bathrooms -there were only 3 on our side and I never passed them when they weren't all occupied, often with a line of people waiting.

Nice, paved park, with full service. Yes, I woyld like bigger space, but it is above average space. We are traveling with friends, so less an issue. I would return if in the area again.

We stayed here three nights to see Zion. There are parks closer to Zion than this, but no where near as nice. We will stay most anywhere in our 40' coach, but this time we wanted a vacation. So, nice facilities, great staff, pool, spa, activities and a well stocked on-site store fit what we were looking for. They have great internet and a shuttle to the Zion park gate that connects with shuttles in Springdale and Zion too. They even groom each site after use before the next occupant. Be prepared though, it is a little spendy.

Mooi park! Schone douches en een nette wasruimte. De mensen die er werken zijn vriendelijk. Lekker zwembad en een heerlijk warme hot tub. Het ligt iets verder van Zion park af( niet te lopen). Rijd wel een betaald busje vanaf het park. Wij zijn omstreeks 8 u met onze rv erheen gereden en je kon prima parkeren toen.

Tolle Anlage. Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Für amerikanische Platzverhältnisse ein Luxusstellplatz. Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch im Zion.

Their reservation process is horrible and they flat out do t care. They will advertise a low rate then state not avail and so you tell them you will take a different site and it’s Like over double at 75.00 a night. Not very friendly . I have Verizon and have NO SERVICE. TOO MANY RULES. ANT OUT DOG PIN OUT AND THE PICNIC TABLES ARE POSITIONED away from your RV. Like if you were to pull all the way up the tables are behind your RV. I asked about fishing and they don’t have a clue. The place is clean but I’d rather stay at Walmart or gas a gas station. Biggest ripoff of my camping year so far!

Un-level sites

We reserved a premium riverfront site. Mistake. No river can be seen or accessed from the sites. Sounds like false advertising to me. We get to site 56 and it is a gravel site so un-level the front tires are almost off the ground, and still not level! 10 minutes with a bob-cat would level these sites nicely. Not acceptable at all. Also all utilities are right at the front by the road, does any coach have their utility bays in the front? Need extension for water and sewer. No thought was given to this park about those using it.

All paved roadways with lots of grass which our pups appreciate. They have 3 different sized gravel dog runs. Some sites paved, some gravel. Pull thrus and back ins. General store, pool, meals for purchase Thursday thru Sunday. Activity event daily. Very nice bathroom suites. Laundry. About 20 minutes from Zion entrance. We parked in Springdale and took shuttle as park lor was full by 9:30 a.m. We enjoyed this park and would return. Good Sam, we had a premium site63
