Nice place to overnight but the sites are not level. Lots of locals from what we could see. We needed a place to overnight on a trip to NY. We got a site last minute so it we could not be very picky. The couple next to use had to put their 5th wheeler in backwards to get it to level. Lots of golf carts
So so facilities. No laundry for campers just for staff to do linens for the 5 cabins. No cable but few stations via antenna. No level pull throughs. Beautiful views of distant Summerville Lake. CG is in a park like setting with huge rolling hill lawns. 15 miles to NRG and bridge. Not sure if stay there any length of time again due to lack of laundry facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful though.
We stayed here for 5 nights in June. Check in was easy, and the staff is very nice. Although they are near the lake and rent boats, there is no swimming without driving 3 miles. The Wifi is practically nonex istent. The sites are not level. Our site has a nice view but was noisy being close to the entrance. I expected more from this "retreat."
