It Has Been Great
By user-5255767... on 2017-10-23.
We just finished our first week and paid for week two. There have been no issues nor have there been any concerns at all. It's great that after hours, it is very quiet.
It has been a great experience for us.
I would stay here every time I have the opportunity.

Very convenient location off of the interstate, but very bare bones. It works fine as an overnight stop, but not as somewhere you'd want to spend a lot of time. Owner was very nice when I called and spoke to him.

Easy for UofA graduation weekend
By user-5492386... on 2017-10-23.
We stayed here for two weekends in May and left our camper in between for less $$ than 2 nights in a hotel would have been. Yes, very bare bones--basically a field w hookups, but owner was responsive. Bathrooms were private and clean. Laundry available but we didn't use. No cable and poor internet, but close to highway for attending events at the university and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Even went to the discount movie theatre several times. Wish we'd had a camper the whole time our son was at UofA instead of just at graduation time!

Ugh!

Stayed 2015-09-20 to 2015-09-21
We were told they had a large pull thru for us only to find that it was not large and we had to unhook our tow. Not what we wanted to do after a long drive and for an overnight. Laundry facility located in the family restroom which was very unappealing! Restrooms were old, dated and not clean. No soap to wash your hands. Grassy area was littered with dog feces. Advertised as premium sites with Internet service which we found to be not true for both cases. We will look elsewhere next time.

Overnight only
By user-5837195... on 2017-10-23.
Really designed badly. And overflowing garbage (one dumpster). The office is very inconvenient in a house that should be torn down.
Cash or check only. $32!!! It is an outrageous sum.

Potential

A great location to everything Fayetteville, but it ends there. $32 seems a lot for what you get, entry is tight, check in is a joke, bath rooms are old & dirty. No cable, poor WiFi, just bare bones RV park. With remodeling, could be a great place, and appears he has land for expansion. But all this said, great location for me.

Basic RV Park
By user-5339389... on 2018-07-06.
Stayed 2018-05-08 to 2018-05-15
This is a basic, no frills, RV park. There are three driveways. The northern is the best for RVs. For low slung RVs, the other two driveways could result in bottoming out. There is laundry facilities, but, they are located in the bathrooms which could have you locked out. The sites well sized with decent spacing. The nearby Tyson Foods factory with provide a "flavor" to the air, but, is not annoying. We were upcharged for the UA graduation weekend.

Great for an overnight stop

Nothing fancy. Spots are all gravel. We didn't use or go in restrooms but it looked small. Location is convenient!

Very clean RV Park. Easy access. Close to college. Lots of space in pull through. We stayed in site 26 and didn t have to unhook our tow car. Not a lot of amenities but had a great field behind the park to exercise the dogs.

If you have to stay

Nothing more than just a park . Ok for a short duration but inhabited by more long term guests. Shower/bathroom/laundry available.
