Arena staff told us the dump site is no more but we could get free water on the side of the building. Large free lot.
Quiet and close to center of city by bike ride. Convenient and free.
Water says non potable, and no dump as far as I can tell. That said it's a parking lot for free with a good bike and walking path to downtown. There were 5 or six other rvers there, felt reasonably safe. Be warned they are doing some construction and it gets loud around 8 am.
