Beautiful park right on the banks of the Mississippi. Full hookups some on concrete pads. Well maintained grounds, 1 mile river walk along river , pool, great laundry facilities. Nice restrooms with individual showers. Wifi, tv in laundry and rec room. Lots of books, DVD s and magazines. Office staff very friendly. All in all, a great place to stay for one or several days. Vidalia also has some great places to eat as does Natchez just across the river.

Right on the banks of the Mississippi River. No TV, so we watched the barges. Definitely would come back

This is a very nice RV park. The sites are long and level and on cement pads. There's a nice picnic table at each site, and the grounds are well-kept. The building in which the office is located also has a lounge area with a tv and a book/video exchange, a gift shop, the laundry, and the restrooms/showers. That's also where the pool and hot tub are located. Everything is clean and the people are very nice. The laundry has two double-size washers and a triple-size washer and four large dryers. The double-size washers are $2.50 and the dryers are $0.25 for 10 minutes. I did what normally would have been 2 wash loads for $3.75. We walked along the riverwalk and watched the boats going up and down the Mississippi River. We really enjoyed our stay here. Tips: Cajun Specialties Meats & Seafood at 4321 Carter Street (Rt. 84) has good meat at reasonable prices; some prices are even lower than the grocery stores. It is family owned and operated, and the people in there are very friendly and helpful. Bowie's Tavern at 100 Main St in Natchez: We stopped in after a day of site-seeing and had their lemon-pepper wings. They were so good, we went back twice more during our two-week stay.

No Wifi or cable TV as RV Parky shows. Antenna does not pick up stations well so you really need your own satellite if you plan on watching TV. Price they quote does not include 50 amp service. GPS led us through a poor residential neighborhood so it was difficult to find with no signs. When we left we did see a big sign. View of the river was nice.

Stayed here in a 19 ft camper in a pull-thru site. Very nice park. Showers and bathrooms are well kept and clean. Nice view of the Mississippi with all the barges and traffic. Just across the river from historic Natchez. Staff was friendly and park was part of Passport America.

Nice campground. Convenient location. Prompt service of maintenance staff. Office staff not too friendly.

I spent 7 days biking the Natchez Trace Parkway from North to South. River View RV Park was my reward. It was so refreshing to come to this park at the end of my journey! I had met a work camper, Tom, on an RV forum while planning my NTP ride. He told the staff about me and they were anticipating my arrival. They were all so very nice... and I got to meet Tom before he left! The sites were spacious. The view was incredible... like stepping back in time... loved how the bridge lit up at night. The small river walk took you to the Visitor's Center. My only complaint is that the hot tub felt more like bath water. My husband joked that in Louisiana they get in hot tubs to cool off... lol! I highly recommend this place!

Very nice park with good sites for larger rigs. Nice facilities & good views of the river. Advertises cable TV with about 10 channels. On our stay they put us in site that cable did not work but did not tell us. When I asked next day, oh yeah cable does not work on that row. I asked for a refund - "we don't do refunds". So you advertise a service that you don't provide and charge for it - no response. User beware. It appears that management and staff do not communicate.

Great park. We stayed 3 times in a 6-8 week period. Staff was great from reservations to check-in. Gravel roads, spacious concrete pads with grass sites in between so when they aren't crowded you get a larger area. Nice walking trail, paved, along the Mississippi River for barge watching. We'll be back.

If you are wanting to be along the Mississippi River and watch the barges pass, this is the place. Very conveniently located to Natchez. Good service from office staff. The roads were gravel but all sites have concrete pads. The only bad was no wifi for two days. Cable was available but not a good signal. Pool and laundry facilities extremely nice. Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to this area.
By user-5814936... on 2017-10-23.
Well kept campground, good location right on the river. Good wifi, no cable or broadcast signal. Odd for such a nice pricey RV resort to not have cable. Bring a sat dish or good book.

Exceptional views of the Mississippi River and the barge traffic that goes N and S. Front row is about 100 yards from river. Level concrete pads but roads gravel. (Who doesn't have gravel)?? Two sides to park-north and south. North side has large shade trees (high) while S side mainly sun (a few trees) Wifi great. Cable had 10 grainy channels but spent most of time outside admiring the river in the 1st row. Close (10 minutes) from downtown historic Natchez. Would stay here again.

We were near the end on #111 and had good views of the barges passing by. Good level, concrete site with FHU. Nice pool and laundry. Bad reception on antenna and wifi.

This park on the edge of the Mississippi River is roomy with cement pads and limestone gravel roads. WE So Enjoyed watching the Barges and tugboats going Upriver. A fabulous lit walking path on the levee continues for at least a mile to the Vidalia Visitor Center under the bridges to Natchez, MS. Perfect location for exploring the area. More millionaires lived in Natchez than any u.s. city prior to the civil war. The antebellum homes can be toured and are certainly worth a driveby. Thanks General Grant for not burning them down. Campground has friendly staff, laundry, and glass front meeting room.

Everything other reviews have said: river walk great, close to shopping and historical sites, fairly level and large sites, road can get dusty, TV reception poor, friendly staff, nice view of barges up and down Mississippi, etc. We camped in a 16' travel trailer and stayed hooked up until we decided to spend two more nights. Would stay here again.

On the Mississippi River, lots of pull through sites, some with a river view if you look in just the right direction. Roads are crushed stone, and a little noisy since sites are close to roads. Satellite signals are no problem due to lack of trees. Would be hot in summer due to lack of shade. Close to shopping and restaurants. Restrooms and showers are private and spotless. Concrete pads are new and level. Would stay here again. Stayed two nights in motorhome.

Very nice and well kept. Quiet and relaxing. Right on the Mississippi. Close to history! We will probably come back in the sprig when it is cooler and everything is blooming.
By user-4528144... on 2017-10-23.
Nice sites with beautiful view of the river. Barge traffic all day. Great paved riverwalk for foot ir bike goes about 1 1/2 miles right between the river and the campground is a nice bonus. Just across the bridge from the beautiful historical city of Natchez. Special longer term rates, too. Vidalia seems to be a nice village also
By user-5102518... on 2017-10-23.
Very nice and quiet park. Not much of a play ground for kids. Pool was nice and clean. Cable was fuzzy and Internet was hit and miss. Will be back for the Natchez balloon festival. We camped in a travel trailer.
By user-5904766... on 2017-10-23.
Very nice view of the river and our concrete pad was fairly level. A nice river path made for great walking. Friendly staff. However, the park roads are VERY dusty. We have a big rig and the fan radiator stirred up a big mess. I felt sorry for anyone near our path...then I felt sorry for us whenever anyone drove by. They only have WIFI in their clubhouse. This park could be so much better with just a few modifications that most parks in their price range have.

Great location right on River. Dusty gravel roads. Sites north of office have level pads. Sites south of office have gravel and grass. Facilities reasonably cared for. WIFI only at office and then slow! Local TV very limited. Pricey with really no competition. High local and state taxes contribute to that. Good Sam and Passport America help some.

Spacious sites. cement level. Boardwalk on the Mississippi Was very nice. And clean. Showers decent
By user-5176426... on 2018-03-14.
Gorgeous views of the river and Natchez. Convenient location. Good variety of sites: concrete, crushed limestone, grass. Great laundry facilities; so-so restrooms. There is no effort to prevent access to the campground after hours. We had a continual parade of vehicles driving past our site between 5 and 10 pm to reach a venue next to the campground. Nobody stopped them or redirected them to the correct entrance. (The venue is owned by the campground owner, so it would have been easy to prevent this problem — if anyone cared!) We will look for alternative campgrounds next time.
By user-5814573... on 2018-03-14.
A long way to go to be a resort. Absolutely no sense of security in this park with a public river walk along one side the other is bordered with a gravel road on top of the levee with only a cable for a fence. Work campers let dogs run free along with river walkers. I saw a guy tie up a John boat on the river and walk in and use the shower house. No one enforces speed or other rules here at all also very loud with barge traffic and worse yet there is a factory across the levee that roars 24 hours. This is a good one night park but not a resort for long stay.

Yes the park is not gated, however in no way did we not feel safe. The Riverwalk was a great place to walk the dogs or just enjoy the mighty Mississippi River. The staff was polite and very helpful. The sites are level and the park clean. A short drive into Natchez where you will find wonderful restaurants and shopping. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place has the best of both worlds. Quiet and convenient. You would never know that you are less than 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and a little bit more. There are grass sites, gravel sites, and concrete sites. We chose a grass site for our dog. The only complaints that we had were the abundance stickers in the grass and the gnats. This could have been taken care of by weed and seed, and spraying. Other than that, the playground, hot tub, pool, serenity, and views were great. The river walk was a huge plus, and we watched the boats go back and forth. Pick this place and you won’t regret.

Located right on the Mississippi River waterfront. Lots of shaded sites with beautiful view of Natchez and the bridge. Very quiet and peaceful campground. Nice shower/bathroom facilities (only four separate stalls are available). Nice pool and jacuzzi. The only drawback were the gnats, which were pretty thick at times. Would gladly stay there again!

It is definitely a beautiful setting along the river. There is a levy between the Rv camp sites and the river, so you will need to walk up the levy to see the river. You will not be able to walk down to the edge of the water on the other side of the levy. Good clean individual (4) bathrooms that hold both shower and commode. Store holds basic RV supplies (ie toilet paper) along with tourist souvenirs such as shirts. They do sell ice at the store. Swimming pool is small, but there is a covered area next to the pool where parents or grandparents can sit to watch kids. Down side are the number of ‘stickleburs’ that dogs will get trapped in their fur and bring into the RV. Wonderful childrens park- but be careful of poison Ivy under the trees around the park. They also charge for each additional adult. We stayed for 4 nights and paid $260.00 for a group of 5 adults in one RV. Do have big slots for camping big rigs. We camped in a Durango Gold 40 foot 5th wheel, but had to park our Ford 350 sideways in front of the camper.

We had originally planned to spend two nights here, but ended up staying a third night because we liked it so much. The views of the river and Natchez are fantastic. The bathrooms are clean; each bathroom has a commode, sink and shower stall. The pool was OK. The only drawback was the presence of gnats which were pretty annoying in the evenings; apparently, they were trying to get the campground sprayed but could get an exterminator company to come by when the gnats became a nuisance. No WiFi at the sites, but cell reception was good. The prices they charge vary by the location of the site, water front rows being the most expensive. Would definitely go back again.

Large campground with very spacious sites. We were lucky to get a good pull through site that was also a shady spot. Nice clean restrooms/showers, good pool area and very well maintained park. Short walk to the river...nice concrete walking path in either direction.

Stayed three nights. Easy access to Natchez. Level sites, large. Paid extra for view. Plenty areas to walk dog. Pool open too cold to use. Beautiful view of Mississippi River and barges. Clean park. Several walking paths in park. Poor cable. Excellent Wifi

This park ranks in my top 5! Just an absolutely beautiful layout and view. I could sit for days and watch the river traffic. The park is very well kept and has very good amenities... pool, playground, laundry, etc. The WiFi is also very good. The spaces are decent sized and well-spaced. I look forward to coming back for a longer stay.
