This campground looks very nice, but don't even try it if you have a homemade or conversion trailer camper. They will only accept Class A, Class B, or Class C campers. If you're like me, a working man who cannot afford a mortgage for a camper, don't waste your time.

Stayed 2014-12-01 to 2015-12-22
This is a super nice park. For those that want a nice, laid back atmosphere in a nice clean gated park...this one's for you. The owner and manager are super friendly and helpful without being nosy and the bathhouse and laundry are spotless. the bathhouse is decorated so cute and the showers are large and roomy, with benches and places to put and hang your things. There is a beautiful green space for you to take advantage of, a beautiful garden/ reflection area, a dog park, a pavilion and volleyball, soccer and a small playground area for kids (as if the green space wasn't enough!! plants and flowers everywhere! A media room with books and magazines and television. A new dock on the bayou to fish off of and a walking/Biking trail. We are staying until July 2016 and I can say they make sure the long term tenants (not many)keep their places tidy. The only downside is the road noise from I-10 but the farther in the park you are the less you hear it.

Nice campground. You wouldn't know it coming in but give it a chance. Nice bathrooms nice laundry. Even a little garden. Pavilion. A little pier on the bayou. Nice place to stop over for a couple days.

Very nice people, safe gated park, nice clean bathrooms, dog park could be a little bigger. Large sites
Easy off and on to I-10, which is noisy at night, would stay here again if traveling through.

Very nice park safe neighborhood, clean bathrooms and laundry room one of best we've seen. Not sure what just walked behind our camper but pretty sure it was a wild hog so watch out for them.

Stayed one night not worth the $40 bathrooms were okay grounds are neat RV sites gravel with crabgrass way too many rules.

Stopped one night. At first it looks very close to highway but it really isn't. I could hardly hear the highway. Very nice people.

Very nice, clean, full hookup, some shade. Lovely grounds! Dog park, laundry, air conditioned bathrooms!! Large sites. Nice for overnight stay by I10...noise not too bad.

This is my 1st review ever. I had to say something because of the unbelievable bathrooms. Clean clean clean. Best yet on our 2 month trip. Campground is so well kept. Flowers, swings and our dogs definitely enjoyed the dog run. We were here just overnight but would stay again.

Family owned park friendly and very helpful. Bathroom and laundry get 5 stars. Some traffic noise but liveable. Would stop here again next time thru.

This is a very clean campground. Even though it is close to the interstate with the traffic noise when inside you don't notice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some long term folks but it is not cluttered. Would stay again..

Close to I 10 on the south side. Very clean wash room. Friendly office personnel. Nothing fancy. Good place to stay while passing through.

Convenient location for our overnight stay and stayed a couple days on our trip back. Great bathrooms, showers and laundry area. Small RV park that made it easy to meet your neighbors. Great area for our dog. There was road noise from I10 but didn’t bother us. Also no cable but we used our satellite. Would stay here again.
