Easy pull thru for 40' Fifth wheel. Good wifi. Nice showers and bathrooms. Beach is very nice. Kids playground is one swing and One slide. Beach made up for that.

Great view
By user-6020466... on 2017-10-23.
We had plenty of space for our 45' 5th wheel on #78. Sandy and beach grasses right at your door with FHU, nice bathrooms, and easy access to Pictured Rocks NP. Some paved interior roads with the majority of sites water and electric.

Camping on Lake Superior, WOW!
By user-5339389... on 2017-10-23.

Well placed park on the beach. Great views! Great beach! Sites are fairly level with good location of SWE. Only needs a couple more defined footpaths to the beach to avoid walking through campsites. Staff was courteous but not geared for creating that good customer experience. No cleaning is done between guests. We picked up trash while we were setting up and found trash dumped in the fire pit. We commented to the staff who acknowledged but did nothing. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Loved the sunset. Large enough site, level, but the electric was far away & I couldn't reach the water if I wanted it.
"Check Out Time is 12 Noon, PERIOD" I should have taken a pic of that sign.

Love It
By user-5827748... on 2017-10-23.
Beautiful park, large sites mostly back-ins
Clean, modern toilet/showers
Overlooking Lake Superior with sand beaches you can walk 1/2 mile both directions from the park
Some full hook ups, mostly water and electric
By user-5773499... on 2017-10-23.
Nice park, large spaces, several only a few steps from lake shore. You will need extra electric cord and/or water hose, at least in the lake side spaces; outlet/water spigots 100 ft apart (estimate). This park is farther west of town than appears on map.

Stayed here for a week. Didn't use facilities. I stayed at the last spot on loop just before trail to rustic sites that are across a walking bridge. Had a nice secluded spot with no hook ups. Fired up genie a couple times to charge batteries had no issues. Didn't see much from staff.

Nice park. On the shores of Lake Superior just west of Munising on Highway 2. Some road noise. Limited playground equipment. Some sites small. Mostly electric and water. Few full hookups. Very few hard pads. Nice showers and restrooms. We paid 41.00 for lakeshore full hookup. Utilities can be very far. May need extra extension cord and hose.

Another beautiful location!!!
By user-6077589... on 2018-07-06.
Great view from site 37!!.Staff is easy to deal with.Hook ups are kinda scattered so be sure you have extension cords and water hoses. Water front sites are pretty sandy and get kinda messy during a rain, but offer the best views. Park stays full so be sure and book way in advance. Take the Pictured Rocks Cruise at sunset, worth every penny!!!!!!!!

Great value - clean park

Base for visiting Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. 5 minutes from tour boat to see the park. Directly on the shoreline of Lake Superior - expect wind! Few FHU sites, good W/E - as mentioned before might need longer hoses, etc. Managed 2 nights in a waterfront sight with 24 hours lead time. Best for MoHo's - can drive in for the view. Limited OTA signal, good WiFi thru-out. Clean bathrooms/shower house. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay here again.

After 6000 miles and dozens of CGs, this is far and away the most beautiful of all. Level, spacious sites with lots of grass, trees, and oh, BTW, Superior lake front beach.

Fantastic views

We originally had booked lot 26, but unfortunately upon arrival, a heavy rain had just dropped about 2 inches of water and everything was flooded. We were moved to the only available lot which was along the highway. This was high and dry thankfully, but didn't have a water view and was very noisy with traffic. Bring extension cords and extra hose since the connections are in a cluster format. Friendly staff and clean restrooms.

This is a fantastic place in my opinion. Yes you my have issues with water and power connections just be forewarned and bring extra lengths. It's kinda screwy setup. Yet the view and sunsets, people outside having fun, BBQ, it's all worth it. Water psi is over the top bring reducer. Verizon cell great. Call and reserve is a must!!
Only con is when I was there there was lots of unleashed dogs which gave us a slight problem.
