Lots of seasonal trailers. No showers or bath house you would need. Most sites are unlevel. If arriving in a Motorcoach your best bet is the electric only sites in the back. 30 amp service only. Upside: park is close to all the events / attractions in Newport.
Diane was very nice, extremely helpful and full of awesome resources for us. The sites were pretty close together and some were backed up to a garage or fence on slippery grassy. Our tires kept spinning while we tried to back up. Was a bit pricey for just having water and sewer but was close to all the beautiful mansions and Cliffwalk. Fairly quiet neighborhood.
Good place to have as a base camp to see Newport. Cash only - $65/nite minus 10% Good Sam discount. OK Verizon coverage. OK over the air TV. Spaces are VERY tight. Site 41 is the best if you have a 25 or smaller trailer as they angle you in giving much more space. All other sites are literally on top of each other.
