Great Overnight Park

I concur with the other reviews. The manager informed me they credit cards next week. Park has easy access, gravel sites, 50 amp FHU, no cable, excellent WiFi, good over the air TV but weak cell signaled. Park is satellite friendly. Didn't use the showers or laundry and we stayed in 34' motorhome.

Don't be fooled, this unassuming hidden gem is worth stopping in at! From the gracious bag of popcorn at check in, to the upbeat always smiling clerk, to the AMAZING scenery and nearly perfectly level spots this place is definitely worth the stop. But bring cash as they don't take credit cards, that is the ONLY negative I experienced here.

Was a nice place to stay for the night. Was $29 a night. Not a lot of sites and they are close together. You can open slides and put awning out, but not much room if you have dog and kids. They do have nice grass area for dog to run around.

It is perfect for an overnight stop. Good power on a very hot day. Easy excess, and nice people. We would stay again.

We stopped there for a night on our way to Arizona. The hosts were exceptional! The spot was easy to pull into and level. Very clean grounds, and easy access to 35. We highly recommend this park .

Nice little park that's starting up and expanding. Not a lot of amenities yet but this little gem was great. Super quiet, nice check in lady. And the park is very well maintained. Would make this stop again.

If you're looking for a very convenient RV Park just off I-35, this is a perfect place to spend some time. The host was kind and very knowledgeable about the area with good local information. The sites are hard packed gravel and relatively level and all of the hook ups are perfectly positioned for speedy set up and take down. Although it is very close to the interstate, the wonderful tree line filters any possible road noise and it's quiet and comfortable.

Nice, convenient (1/4 mile off I 35 S) and clean rv park. Mostly level hard pack gravel sites. Some nice long pull throughs - did not have to detach the car. Clean restroom & shower. Friendly & helpful lady in the office. Stayed here January 2017 & again in November 2017 & will stay again.

Nice park for a traveling through stop. Fairly level gravel sites. Wi-Fi didn't work but would stay for a night again. Owners very nice!

Easy access from I35. Long enough gravel pull-through sites for a 40+ foot motor home with tow. Full hookups. Young couple who own the place are super friendly and helpful. Popcorn on check-in was a nice touch. I recommend calling ahead - we got the last available long pull-through. Website says office open only 3:00-7:00pm. There is an self-service check-in box for after-hours arrivals. I would not hesitate to overnight here again.

Very convenient location off I35. Clean, well maintained and the most gracious young couple that operate this RV facility. Plenty of room to pull in, hook up and sit back and look at the lovely scenery. Will definitely make this a stop whenever we are in this area. Stayed April 2018. 44' RV.

Cute Park

I would stay here again. Nice and clean park run by a wonderful, young couple. We even got freshly popped popcorn on our arrival. The hosts were nice enough to wait a half hour after closing time to check me in with their credit card machine.
