| Run down mess
Campsites are not well-maintained, went there after it rained and it was a muddy mess full of potholes. Both houses are in terrible shapes. Many run down dilapidated older trailers can be found throughout this park.

We have an abundance of campsites nestled in the woods of Southern Delaware. There are sites big enough to accomodate the largest of camping units or the smallest of tents. We feature a full schedule of activities with an activity director on staff during the summer months. Some of the activities include; supervised games, hayrides, movies, bingo, dances, barbecues, arts and crafts, swings, basketball and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, archery range pool parties and other planned activities Enjoy good ole' "eastern shore cooking" - breakfast, lunch and a lite dinner. And of course, you can enjoy ice cream and other sweet treats. We also sell camping supplies, ice, propane, wood, soft drinks and snacks.
