Great little campground. Dirt/gravel sites, mostly level. Utilities all worked well. Wi-Fi ok, but sometimes spotty. Nice retro theme, but the bathrooms could use spruced up. Refreshing pool, hot tub, but HT pump was out. Gift shop, laundry, common areas. Discounts available. I'd definitely recommend and we'll definitely be back.

We checked in after hours super easy process. Bathhouse clean and fresh. Wifi didn't work but it was storming bad.

Very nice campground gets a little dusty when wind comes up. Stayed there over night last July will stay again.

Decided to call it a night earlier than planned. We decided to stop here since it looked like it was easy to get to. We arrived around 10:30 PM and the office was closed. Couldn't find a late check-in, but decided to look for a spot. The spots are tight in the sense that every part of the park is used, but we had an easy time getting are 32ft trailer in and additional vehicle. Got up in the morning and called down to the office to pay. The man we spoke with was very friendly and there wasn't a problem with us pulling in late. Great experience. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Price was very resonable ($30's with Good Sam). We would definitely stop by again.

Park is gravel and majority of sites are pull-thru. Sites are close together and you cannot reserve a specific site as park makes assignments. Thought I was getting 50 amp and FHUs; but got 30 amp and partial HUs when I arrived to check-in. Friendly staff and a nostalgic touch with models in office and a few rental units. Stayed here in MH during balloon fiesta @ $50 per night. Do I'd not use pool or bath house. Would stay here again.

We've stayed here half a dozen times and have been well treated. The nostalgia is fun too! Dave :-)

The sites are tight together but I had no problem with my 30' motorhome. Propane on site and a little parts store with a really helpful and knowledgeable owner of that store. It snowed on 1 April and I included some shots of that. So pretty! There's no dog park but there is a gate on the west side where I took my dog for a run on the mesa several times. If you watch the ground you'll find some really interesting stones such as jasper and obsidian. If you walk your dog around the park watch your step. Not everyone picks up after their pet! If you don't have a toad, Lyft and Uber are available and Enterprise may come get you as they did me. Wifi is spotty. No cable. 3 dumpsters for the whole place. Office could use a good scrub. The laundry room floor is dreadfully dirty. Loved the washing machines and dryers! 4 washers, one of which is a large capacity front loader (but beware people wash their dog bedding and leave it dirty!). 6 dryers that work really well. I had to clean the washers before I used them but that's alright as there's no way for staff to keep up with the guests. I was sad to find the billiard table dilapidated. There's an old pipe organ in one room and other antiques scattered about. Just interesting to walk through the main building. There are a lot of residents and stores RVs. The park shares a fence with Camping World. All things considered, a good experience. Would stay again.

We stayed here 2 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our site was gravel and not level. Made leveling the Fifth wheel a little more challenging. (Love auto leveling!) No play ground for the kids. Price was right on point. Pool was open but we were too busy to use it. Looked good and people were in it. Really wish they had a playground to keep the kids busy while we got set up.

We spent two nights at Enchanted Trails in a 40' fifth wheel. Our pull-through site was plenty long enough and the hookups were conveniently placed. Although our site was on the end closest to I-40, we didn't hear the highway noise from inside our rig. The campground is several miles west of most of Albuquerque but, because of its proximity to I-40, it was a fairly short drive to town. Camping World is right next door. The campground has some vintage RVs available for rental. We were able to use our Passport America to bring cost of 50 amp site down to $18 per night.

Fun, clean historic park, complete with vintage campers and cars. A Route 66 classic, with modern amenities and a classy gift shop.

We stayed here for five nights... It was easy to pull into the spots with the tow attached. The sites are narrow and you end up sharing outdoor space with a neighbor but most people were not hanging around outside a day. We thought the park was very safe, enjoyed pretty sunsets from the back of the park and the funky RVs and cars. We had huge windy rainy storms almost every night we were there (we were told this was very unusual for the beginning of July) and never lost electricity. The Petroglyph National Park volcano trails are about 8 minutes away and any RV supplies you need are on property (we had our propane tank filled) or right down the street at Camping World. We will stay here again!

Stayed two nights on our way to Lubbock TX. Level sites, friendly staff.
By user-5209872... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed 9 nights basing ourselves there for Balloon Fiesta. Staff/owners were great and helpful with information and suggestions. Site was level, not a lot of road noise from I-40. Next to Camping World. Wifi at our site was iffy, so just went to office and it worked fine. Good power and water. Would definitely return.

Dec on the road has its special charm. The place was lit with cozy and jolly Christmas lights. Lot is spacious and even. We parked amongst 5 trees feeling awesome. Although the 40 is right outside the park, you don't hear much interstate noise at all. Camp managers are super friendly and the camp store is nice. The whole place is just really cozy. We pulled up around 8pm and found groups of campers sitting around in both the laundry room and lounge having way of a time laughing and chatting. The whole campsite was nicely designed and we'll kept. There is an rv service shop right next door. Propane is available on site. We had to use an adaptor for electric hookup as our plug is a big and it didn't fit while another plug was in place (said to leave plugged by camp ground). WiFi worked very well, we're able to stream Netflix. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Only paid $17 a night plus tax for full hook ups and their sites are huge and almost all seem to be pull- thrus. Staff are friendly and laundry is even reasonable at $1.75 per wash and $.25 for 15 minutes in dryer. However, only four washers and four dryers so you may have to wait for a machine.

Interesting with the retro campers. Dirty bathrooms. Rough neighborhood. Did not feel safe.

Just under 400 miles to here from my home in Phoenix area, so perfect for 1 day drive at start/end of trip. I've stayed here many times over the past 10 years. Restrooms and showers clean, with new code locks this year, convenient dumpsters, level sites. Pool and jacuzzi. Interesting collection of old cars and classic trailers. Office has a few snacks. Propane and windshield repair on site. Next door to a Camping World and down the street from Mesa RV.

Great, safe place to stay while exploring the Albuquerque area. Modern, clean facilities. Very friendly, helpful staff. Long, level gravel pull-thru sites with FHU can accommodate any size rig. Shade trees on most sites. Great nostalgic ambiance. Don't have an RV? No problem...rent one of several restored classic trailers on site. The only reason I don't give this park 5 stars is that it's all gravel, which can be a bit dusty. Otherwise, great stay. We stayed two nights and would definitely stay here again.

Spaces are small but easy to get into. Good location to pick up RV supplies.

We stayed here for almost 2 months. WiFi is suspect at best. The spots were pretty flat though unpaved. Some spots had a shade tree which was nice. The staff was friendly. The office is decorated like a 60’s movie. The washers and dryers were awesome. We had lots of laundry and was able to do 4 loads in less than 2 hours. We will stay here again when we drive thru Albuquerque.

This RV park is now on my top 10 list of favorites. The main reason is for the staff here who are friendly, very helpful, and really good people. The amenities are good for what you need & the discount rates are wonderful. Right next to Camping World if you need to stock up. Very highly recommended, especially their on-site RV service!

Very friendly host with spacious parking. They have lots of antiques to look at and ventage travel trailers that gives a great atmosphere. Low cost of $18 with Passport America. However they only allow 30 AMPs when using Passport America, but that was all I needed with the cool temperatures. I will stay there again.

Office personnel great on the phone and in person. Very quaint setting with vintage cars and trailers on display. The sites are the back to back kind with 2 spaces utilities together, one rig pulls in from each direction. This gives a bigger spot in front of your door but means you are right up against your neighbors on the other side. It worked for us as the trailer we were back to back with appeared vacant (stored perhaps?). we got passport America rates for 2 nights and 20% discount the other 2 nights. Average of $24 a night. We would stay again.

The office is very nice with some vintage things. The actual campground is basically a gravel parking lot. They do have a cute display of a few vintage trailers and a couple of antique cars. And that is my reason for two stars.

We had a one-night stopover on our trip out to California. This is a nice little park. Pads are packed gravel, nice and level. Nice trees providing some shade. People in the office are very friendly. Not much noise at all, even for being right on I-40. It was maybe only about 20% full, so we have empty spaces and plenty of room on all sides. The pull through spots are arranged back-to-back so you don't have to look at your neighbors sewer lines out your front door. Be careful of the DIY setup they have for thawing the tap water. They just used a household two prong extension cord and it was severed and buried under some rocks. It shorted when I accidentally uncovered it and popped the breaker. No harm done, just left that breaker off, unplugged, and notified the office.

We stayed here for 8 nights while hopefully acclimating to the altitude prior to competing in the National Senior Olympics. It s a nice clean campground convenient to I-40 with a great staff. There is a bit of noise from the Interstate like so many campgrounds do, but it s not excessive. Some of the sites have shade, some do not. This can be a factor when it s HOT like it was when we were there because the sun can be brutal if you have no shade. The bathrooms and showers were clean and functional along with the laundry facilities. It was disappointing to see that other dog owners did not pick up after their pets as there was a fair amount of poop along the edges of the campground. As with most campgrounds in the SW it was all gravel so it can be a little dusty especially if people don t drive slowly. The WiFi was very spotty and frustratingly intermittent so we had to rely on our phones 90% of the time which thankfully had strong signals from the nearby towers. There are some longtime residents, but they do not detract from the park. All in all, a pleasant, clean campground with great staff. Would stay here again if in the area.

Okay, yes lots of gravel but the people in the office are very pleasant and informative. Laundry area ,office and pool area are very clean. Love the vintage cars and campers. Close to highway but cant hear the noise. Didnt use the wifi, TV came in with a good amount of channels. No issues with electric. Highly recommend if coming to Albuquerque. Close enough to drive into Old Town and Sandia Mtn. We will come again if ever in the area.
