Our second time here, beautiful on the river sites, with 30 amp full hook-ups for $299.-/mo. (Winter). Water stinks, but it does everywhere here in Parker; bring your own filters.
We stayed one month. $399.00+. Water awful, makes hot water smell like rotten eggs. Bathrooms need updates. No activities, like other parks near by. Dirt and gravel sites. Cable extra WiFi at the office. If you want a river site for the winter you’ll have to book for 5 months. New office manager not very helpful.
