The place is very clean and has nice amenities but for as expensive as this place is you would expect picnic tables at each site.

This is an excellent RV park. Clean, plenty of room for our 41 foot RV parked car in front of it. Nice amenities swimming pool, tennis courts, work out room, washer and dryers, big dog park. I think we would have enjoyed our stay more if we hadn't had to be there for a month in the summer. It gets VERY hot there. But I had surgery and we had to be there at that time of year. People are very nice. Close to Ft McDowell Casino and Fountain Hills. Would return. But next time in winter.

Although the temps were in the 100's and we couldn't sit outside much we enjoyed this campground. The facilities are spotless. They have a small but functional gym. We had plenty of room for our camper. The only think missing was picnic tables. It would have been nice to be able to sit at a table when we could go out. We would love to be here in the cooler weather.

Extending our Weekend

Very nice, clean quiet and well maintained park. Stayed three nights while attending a wedding in Gilbert. In a very quiet and beautiful setting away from the busy city. Is patrolled by casino security as well as Fort McDowell Police. The pool also has a hot tub which we very much enjoyed. There is a six washer and six dryer laundry, very nicely equipped fitness room and restrooms along with individual showers. They have a continental breakfast each morning along with all day coffee in the community room. This room also contains a pool table and a four unit computer Internet center. WiFi was not great but worked. Has a shuttle on call from the casino. We had the buffet at the casino for lunch and with a players card it was under $20 for two of us. All sights are back-in. We stayed during the second week of September 2015. Would stay again.

One week in October
By user-5613296... on 2017-10-23.
The park was clean and well maintained when we stayed here in Oct 2014 in our 44 ft Toy Hauler. Wish they had pull through sites but oh, well.
Better than avg laundry! Nice pool and hot tub! Buy a daily newspaper early every morning! Pick up a free donut early every morning at the office! But only two showers per sex and seems they are always occupied! That was the only part that made me unhappy. Graveled average sized fenced dog park was adequate. We really liked the location relative to Scottsdale/Fountain Hills.

We liked everything about this park and would definitely go back again. It is one of the best parks we have stayed in.

Great overnight stay

Stayed only one night, but loved it. The spots are spaced out nicely, but most (if not all) sites are back-in only. The check in process was smooth and they offer donuts, coffee, and juices in the main office each morning. The location is about 30-40 mins out from most of Phoenix, so keep that in mind if you plan to head out there. Otherwise Fountain Hills is about 10 mins away and has shopping and fuel. I would stay here again if in the area!

A great place to stay, but ...
By user-5857574... on 2019-08-09.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This park is probably the closest to the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale. I told the lady that was the purpose of our visit and that we didn't have a set departure date due to potential treatments. She put a rental block on the time after our 1 week rental for about 2 weeks so that we could extend as needed. Very nice!! The sites are asphalt and level, but somewhat short if you have a long rig with a full sized long bed pickup. There are about 150 sites here and one bathroom each for men and women, and two separate showers each. Zero grass and shade is sparse, but I love their desert landscaping. Early morning and late evening are quite pleasant after a 106F day, but there are no picnic tables. September will test your AC unit .... don't want to think about July/August. Clean and well kept. I would stay here again, especially in the winter.

Very nice - A+
By user-6230494... on 2019-08-09.
Park well maintained, clean and modern showers, pool, laundry facilities. Staff very professional and responsive. Excellent for large and small RVs, and acceptable space between RVs. Lots are all paved with full services. A must return to RV Resort. WIFI is OK depending on the location of the lot.
