As a previous reviewer stated there aren't any bathrooms at this park. You must be self contained. But the utilities be are good and the park is neat and tidy. We stayed here with our Passport America membership. The nightly rate for full hookups was $20.

Park well kept. Super nice owners. Actually gave consideration as to which way the 5th wheel should face to avoid afternoon sun. Good sized level sites. $1.00 charge to use credit card.

They really mean it when they say they have large pull through sites. And entrance is nice and wide as well as the roads between rows. Just stayed the night but found it clean and quiet. You do hear trains, of course. We were given a site close to dog area so it was convenient for us. Checking in is easy but no credit cards. Would stay again next time through.

No bathrooms, no showers, no wifi. Well, you are graciously allowed to surf the web from 7am-10am, then again (maybe) from 3pm-10pm. If you're a night owl like me, well, too bad. No net for you. If you want to look at Yelp for a lunch recommendation, well, you're out of luck. But I forget......it's assumed you will be bolting out of this park as early as possible after one night. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy....make it uncomfortable enough and no one will WANT to stay past one night. And I always love when a park says they're Passport America and then offers you 50% off of double the rate they charge non PA folks. If you're an Elk, go there instead. I did.

This park is located on the old Rte 66 which is the main drag through Tucumcari. Many of the buildings in this town are old and defunct businesses left over from the heyday of Route 66. Only a couple of restaurants that aren't fast food; a barbecue spot and a American-Mexican place named Del's which is where we ate. This park is surrounded by an old (closed) motel, which acts as a barrier from the traffic noise. It's both odd and charming. Lots are gravel and level, with small trees separating spaces. We had plenty of room for our slide. The owners are nice but reserved, and once checked in, will walk to your space and wave you in and make sure you know where all the connections are. Cable has about 40 channels. Wifi is fair but my LTE was faster. Wifi hours are limited to 7-10am and 3-10pm. Electric/water/sewage included and our rate was $20.70 with PA.

This was our 3rd time here. We love the nostalgic charm it offers. Quiet, not too dusty, some trees for shade, good water pressure, Sewer, 50 amp and 60' length home ok . Owners are very nice and accommodating.

We experienced kind and friendly service. Our spot was a pull-through with ample space for all 3 pop-outs. We would layover here again.

This location offers basic amenities: water, sewer, electricity, cable. Very narrow sites, though they may be developing some new sites. This park is wrapped around a very old motel. No shade and dirt sites. Walking distance to two restaurants.

Really nice place to land. All good basic amenities and great water pressure. Sue really knows her stuff.

We stayed there riding the Route 66 from Chicago to LA. Not too much Traffic. Away from Interstate. No sanitary, bitte full hook up. Very clean. She opened us after eight o clock. We would stay again.

Big rig friendly; FHU, 30/50 amp; free wi-fi in set hours; free cable. Good stop-over; PA price $22.45 with tax. Would stay again.

Level, gravel, comfortablely-sized sites, some shaded sites, FHU with good wifi and cable (best reception we have had in days)! Easy in and out. Passport disc $26 inc $1.50 credit card fee and tx. No dog park but plenty of walking area. Did not see any restrooms or laundry..so you should be self contained. This is a great one night stop! There is a sign to not ask staff personal questions....but she was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and escorted us to our site. We would return here for a one-nighter. Camped in a 5th wheel.

$16 for electric only hookup. Nice and helpful staff. Much quieter than expected. Not too full.
By user-4977160... on 2017-10-23.
It gets the job done if you're just staying overnight. I thought it odd, though, we were charged $25 plus a dollar for using a card, plus another dollar for each person that was with me. (Wife and two children) Maybe that's the GoodSam discount. Adequate pull through site. Friendly owner walked us to the site. Kinda narrow as the kids kept tripping over the sewer and water hookups just outside the door. Quiet and we'll, adequate.

Full service for great rate. Not fancy at all but we do not need fancy!

So sad to see what has happened to small town America. It is hay day this town was likely a bustling town with lots to do and see. This RV Park has seen it better days it is clean and all of the hookups were working as was the cable. It is not a destination park. The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly.
